Them ‘piskopals
Well, I’ve made it almost four pages so far without making fun of us Episcopalians!
Some of them have a different Bible than I do, because I cannot find anywhere in my Bible where it says that when you elect a new head bishop that is not concerned with who sleeps with whom — whether New Hampshire or Walla Walla — that you are to give up your church relationship and create a new homemade province with the Archbishop of Nigeria. Jesus was more concerned with the poor, hungry, homeless and all that churchy stuff. Here’s something helpful for you folks. A one-way air ticket from Atlanta to Nigeria, based on information as of August 06 from delta.com, including tax, is $2,607.00.
(I now wonder if those conservatives’ eyes are like that of the ostrich. Oops, forgot: thou shalt not judge. Sorry.)
